The posting

Voor de klantendienst van het bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service Officer met technische affiniteit die samen met collega’s instaat voor een uitstekende serviceverlening aan onze klanten (B2B) in de Benelux. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen van klanten en vormt intern de cruciale schakel tussen sales, logistiek, productie en andere interne diensten. Je geeft klanten gericht technisch advies en verstrekt duidelijke en correcte informatie over productmogelijkheden en toepassingen.

Daarnaast zorg je voor een correcte en tijdige ingave van orders en offertes in het ERP-systeem. Je volgt alle dossiers en gemaakte afspraken actief op. Bij orderwijzigingen of materiaal- en capaciteitstekorten, denk je proactief mee over oplossingen en ga je samen met collega’s van de betrokken afdelingen in dialoog.

Ook de efficiënte behandeling van klachtenmeldingen behoren tot jouw takenpakket. Met jouw klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte aanpak bouw je mee aan sterke klantenrelaties en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening en commerciële doelstellingen.

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische richting (of gelijkwaardige ervaring).
  • Je hebt al 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen een productie- of assemblagebedrijf.
  • Je combineert commercieel inzicht met technische expertise. Je begrijpt snel hoe producten werken en hoe systemen processen sturen.
  • Administratie is jouw sterkte: je kan steeds het overzicht behouden van gemaakte afspraken en deadlines.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent vlot met ERP-systemen en MS Office en voelt je comfortabel in digitale en datagedreven omgevingen. Je werkt graag samen met
  • collega’s, maar neemt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid over je dossiers.
  • Ook onder druk blijf je gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en klantvriendelijk werken.
  • Nieuwe tools, systemen en technische ontwikkelingen prikkelen je om continu bij te leren en processen te optimaliseren.
