Voor onze klant — een stabiel en groeiend familiebedrijf met sterke waarden — zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde heftruckchauffeur om het productieteam te versterken. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar samenwerking, kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Efficiënt en ordelijk bevoorraden van de productielijnen
  • Ondersteunen van de lijnverantwoordelijken
  • Intern transport van goederen tussen productielijnen, magazijn en buitenkoer
  • Goederenontvangst vn lossingen en leveringen
  • Laden van vrachtwagens en zeecontainers volgens de geldende procedures
  • Indien nodig en sporadisch opnemen van een coördinerende rol: collega's aansturen, prioriteiten bepalen, probleemoplossend handelen en beslissingen nemen om de continuiteit van de werking te waarborgen

  • Je beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring als heftruckchauffeur en kan veilig en vlot manoeuvreren, ook in uitdagende omstandigheden
  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig heftruckattest of bereid dit (opnieuw) te behalen via onze partners
  • Je hebt een relevante opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring op de werkvloer
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je hebt een goed rekenkundig inzicht en gaat nauwkeurig om met stockbeheer en tellingen
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een wisselend ploegenstelsel (vroege en late ploeg)
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en neemt initiatief waar nodig
  • Je bent vertrouwd met scanners en computers, of staat open om dit snel aan te leren
  • Je functioneert goed in teamverband, bent betrouwbaar en draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel
  • Je staat open voor feedback en wil continu bijleren
