- Prospecteren bij o.a. garages;

- Potentiële klanten waarbij ze leasingen moeten vastkrijgen, warm maken om met profilease in zee te gaan;

- Opvolgen van oude leads;

- De collega’s op kantoor voldoende brieven om verder aan de slag te gaan met deze informatie;

- Administratief alles bijhouden in een database.

Extra verduidelijking: de externe salesmedewerker gaat meer contact hebben met de bedrijven (leverancier) waar ze mee gaan samenwerken om hun leasings te verkopen aan eindklanten.

- Vlot zijn in omgang naar klanten en collega’s toe en een verkoop praat durven doen;

- Perfect Franstalig zijn of perfect twee talig (FR-NED) àFrans is echt een must, Nederlands is bijkomend. Dit omdat ze de Waalse markt willen veroveren. Op kantoor spreken ze beide talen en willen ze dat ze van elkaar kunnen leren;

- Op bachelor niveau kunnen denken;

- Targetgericht kunnen en willen werken;

- Ervaring mag maar is geen must;

- Geen 9-to-5 mentaliteit hebben, soms ben je wat vroeger klaar, soms loopt een afspraak eens uit.

- Iemand die meer uit Limburg komt, kan ook naar kantoor in Sint-Truiden en moet niet speciaal naar Antwerpen. Dit proberen ze dan te beperken tot bijvoorbeeld 1x per maand.
