Als hoofdmagazijnier ben jij eindverantwoordelijke voor het dagelijks beheer en de organisatie van het magazijn. Je stuurt de magazijnwerking aan, bewaakt de voorraad en zorgt ervoor dat alle logistieke processen vlot, veilig en efficiënt verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van aankoop, verkoop en planning en bent het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat het magazijn betreft.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen van alle magazijnactiviteiten;
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van de magazijnmedewerkers;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor ontvangst, controle, stockage en uitgifte van goederen;
  • Voorraadbeheer: opvolgen van stockniveaus, inventarissen en optimalisatie van opslag;
  • Plannen en prioriteiten bepalen voor orderpicking en leveringen;
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, orde en netheid in het magazijn;
  • Signaleren en implementeren van verbeteringen in logistieke processen en efficiëntie;
  • Rapporteren aan de leiding en meedenken over verdere groei en professionalisering van het magazijn.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in magazijnbeheer of logistiek, bij voorkeur in een coördinerende rol.
  • Vlot kunnen werken met een ERP-systeem, een scanner en andere digitale hulpmiddelen.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten en vlotte communicatie met collega’s.
  • Kennis van logistieke processen en voorraadbeheer.
  • Ervaring in de houtsector of bouwsector is een pluspunt.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, nauwkeurigheid en proactieve houding.
  • Heftruckervaring (heftruckattest is een pluspunt).
