The posting

Voor een klant zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om hun team te versterken als matrijzenbouwer!

Taken:

  • Instaan voor het waarborgen van kwantiteit, kwaliteit, Milieu en veiligheid
  • Je kan zeer zelfstandig werken
  • Onderhoud en inspectie spuitgietmatrijzen
  • In & uitbouwen matrijzen op spuitgietmachines
  • Monteren van matrijzen en aansluiten van leidingen (Hydr/koeling) en controleren van aansluitingen en beveiligingen
  • Invoeren van instelgegevens matrijzen, matrijs productie klaar maken
  • Invoeren van instelgegevens randapparatuur/robots
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud matrijzen volgens voorschriften
  • Volgen van maandplanning preventief onderhoud (up to date houden)
  • Beoordelen van resultaat op basis van visuele controle op matrijzen (beschadigingen)
  • Opvolgen onderhoudshistoriek en bijsturen waar nodig bij veelvuldig voorkomende slijtages en defecten
  • Mate van inzicht in de montage- en onderhoudstechnische aspecten van spuitgietmatrijzen
  • Status van de matrijzen up-to-date houden in onze database/planning
  • Je bent technisch, hands-on, leergierig, nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en collegiaal
  • Flexibel, stressbestendig, creatief en meedenkend
  • Je staat in voor een hoge afwerkingsgraad en bent trots op het geleverde werk
  • Je werkt samen met de mensen van Mechanisch onderhoud (MEES)
  • Je werkt preventief/proactief en zoekt samen met uw collega’s naar verbeteringen
  • Naleven van wettelijke en bedrijfsvoorschriften op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu
  • Je bent bewust van continue verbeteren: 5S, KAIZEN, SMED, TPM
  • Meewerken met het behouden van ISO9001 & ISO14000 & IATF16949 certificaat

  • Je hebt een diploma A2 fijn mechaniek, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt kennis van spuitgieten en enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Je bent een teamplayer met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je kan sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend en planmatig werken
  • Je kan werken, Excel, Windows, Access.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kennis Engels
  • Je werkt ordelijk, precies en beschikt over goede organisatorische eigenschappen
  • Pluspunt: kennis van electriciteit
  • Pluspunt: Kennis van ISO kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Pluspunt: Ervaring in kwaliteit
  • Pluspunt: Kennis van 2D-3D tekensoftware (Solid Edge, Inventor, AutoCad)
