The posting

Voor een klant zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om hun team te versterken als poederspuiter!

Taken:

  • Schoonmaken, ontvetten, en schuren van onderdelen om ervoor te zorgen dat het oppervlak vrij is van vuil, vet of roest voordat de poedercoating wordt aangebracht;
  • Eventueel stralen van de materialen (bijvoorbeeld zandstralen) om het oppervlak beter te laten hechten;
  • Maskeren van delen die niet gecoat moeten worden;
  • Instellen en bedienen van spuitapparatuur voor het elektrostatisch aanbrengen van poedercoating op het oppervlak;
  • Controleren of de poedercoating gelijkmatig wordt aangebracht zonder dat er teveel of te weinig op bepaalde delen terechtkomt;
  • Zorgen voor een nette en egale laag, zonder overmatige ophoping van poeder;
  • Nadat het poeder is aangebracht, verplaatsen van de onderdelen naar een speciale oven waar de poedercoating wordt gesmolten en uithardt;
  • Nauwlettend in de gaten houden van de temperatuur en tijd in de oven om ervoor te zorgen dat de coating optimaal uithardt.

  • Je staat in voor het uitvoeren van een grondige oppervlaktebehandeling: poederlakken van staal en aluminium;
  • Kunnen werken met lichte en zware constructies;
  • Je hebt min. een eerste ervaring als poederspuiter;
  • Alles kan aangeleerd worden op de werkvloer mits de goede attitude.
  • Je kan voltijds in 3 ploegen werken;
  • Je hebt geen probleem om je handen vuil te maken;
  • Je bent kwaliteits-, milieu- en veiligheidsbewust;
  • Je bent onmiddellijk of op korte termijn beschikbaar;
  • Eigen initiatief nemen en zelfstandig kunnen werken.
