Voor een klant actief in de technische sector binnen de tertiaire sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider Elektriciteit.

Jouw functie:

Als Projectleider Elektriciteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van elektrische projecten binnen commerciële en publieke gebouwen. Je coördineert projecten van opstart tot oplevering en bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Je werkt nauw samen met ontwerpers, technici, werfleiders en onderaannemers en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Projectplanning & coördinatie:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van projectplanningen en uitvoeringsschema’s.
  • Coördineren van de werkzaamheden tussen ontwerpers, installateurs, werfleiders en onderaannemers.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en voortgang van de projecten.

Werfvoorbereiding & materiaalbeheer:

  • Voorbereiden van de werf en plannen van materiaal, personeel en materieel.
  • Opvolgen van leveringen en beschikbaarheid van materialen.

Budgetbeheer & administratie:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van projectbudgetten.
  • Kostencontrole uitvoeren en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Opmaken van vorderingsstaten en verrekeningen voor meerwerken.
  • Voorbereiden van facturatie in samenspraak met de opdrachtgever

Kwaliteit, veiligheid & werfopvolging:

  • Voorbereiden en bijwonen van wekelijkse werfvergaderingen.
  • Regelmatige werfcontroles uitvoeren op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang.
  • Toezien op de naleving van AREI-, VCA- en andere veiligheidsnormen.

Technische opvolging:

  • Technische ondersteuning bieden tijdens de uitvoering van projecten.
  • Opvolgen van installaties zoals: KNX en gebouwautomatisering Brand- en inbraakdetectie Toegangscontrole PV-installaties Noodverlichting Energiemonitoring

Klantcontact & rapportering:

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en stakeholders.
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang van de projecten.
  • Opmaken van technische en financiële einddocumentatie.

Oplevering & nazorg:

  • Coördineren van keuringen en opleveringen.
  • Verzorgen van nazorg en opvolging bij de klant.

  • Bachelor of Master Elektrotechniek, Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider binnen elektrische installaties in de tertiaire sector.
  • Sterke kennis van elektrische technieken en gebouwtechnologieën.
  • Ervaring met planning, budgetbeheer en werfopvolging.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en een echte teamspeler.
  • Communicatief, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.
  • In het bezit van rijbewijs B.
  • VCA-certificaat is een pluspunt.
