The posting

Als Transportplanner ben jij het kloppend hart van onze transportplanning. Je werkt in een team van 3 enthousiaste collega’s. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de optimale planning van ritten, het coördineren van chauffeurs en het onderhouden van contacten met klanten.

Jouw taken

  • Plannen en optimaliseren van dagelijkse transportopdrachten met behulp van PTV-software en Navitrans;
  • Coördineren van chauffeurs en voertuigen om een vlotte en efficiënte dienstverlening te garanderen;
  • Communiceren met klanten over leveringen, levertermijnen en eventuele wijzigingen;
  • Ondersteunen van het team bij het oplossen van operationele uitdagingen en ad hoc vragen;
  • Actief bijdragen aan een positieve teamcultuur en een vlotte interne communicatie.
  • Ervaring in transportplanning of logistiek, bij voorkeur met route-optimalisatie software.
  • Interesse in en leergierigheid met Navitrans PTV Route Optimiser/OptiFlow
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: je durft zowel chauffeurs als klanten aan te spreken.
  • Teamspeler die graag samenwerkt in een dynamisch team van 3 personen.
  • Organisatievermogen en oplossingsgericht denken, ook onder druk.
  • Initiatief nemen en eventueel leiding durven nemen over het planningsteam.
  • Positieve en klantgerichte houding, met oog voor kwaliteit en efficiëntie.
  • Je werkt in een shift van de ploegen ( week 1: 7u tot 15 u, week 2: 10 u tot 18 u, week 3: 11 u tot 19 u).
