The posting

Voor een klant, een verdeler van ramen en deuren, zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om hun team te versterken als commercieel talent.

Wat is jouw uitdaging?

  • Je begeleidt particuliere klanten bij renovaties en helpt hen de juiste keuzes te maken voor ramen en deuren.
  • Je gaat actief op pad: klantenbezoeken, commerciële opmetingen en planbesprekingen zijn een vast onderdeel van je week.
  • Je achterhaalt koopmotieven, denkt mee met de klant en stuurt het gesprek professioneel richting een beslissing.
  • Je maakt op maat gemaakte offertes en volgt deze nauw op, met als doel een overeenkomst te sluiten.
  • Avondwerk is een vast onderdeel van de functie. Als klanten alleen 's avonds beschikbaar zijn, regelen we ons ernaar.
  • Je werkt op zaterdag vanuit de showroom (in juli een augustus gesloten op zaterdag, op zondag zijn we gesloten).
  • Je denkt en handelt vooruit: je laat dossiers niet stilvallen, gaat sterk om met tegenargumenten en plant telkens de volgende logische stap.
  • Je hebt een aantoonbare ervaring in verkoop aan particulieren, bij voorkeur in de bouw-, renovatie- of interieursector.
  • Je bent gewend om buitendienstverkoop te doen en voelt je comfortabel in een klantgesprek bij mensen thuis.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en bent sterk in opvolging: snel schakelen, proactief reageren en niet wachten tot de klant “vanzelf terugbelt”.
  • Je bent vlot met computertoepassingen en calculatiepakketten of bereid om deze te leren.
  • Je vindt het vanzelfsprekend om te werken wanneer klanten beschikbaar zijn, dus enkele avonden per week tot ongeveer 20u en showroomwerk op zaterdag horen er voor jou gewoon bij.
  • Je houdt van een familiale werkomgeving, maar je geeft de leiding in het commerciële traject nooit uit handen.
