Productiemedewerker bij WILA Vorm samen met ons de wereld als Gereedschapbeheerder Lochem Productie Fulltime Dagdienst Gereedschapbeheerder Als Gereedschapsbeheerder zorg jij ervoor dat onze productie soepel en efficiënt verloopt en dat onze producten alle verspanende fases van het productieproces optimaal doorlopen. Je adviseert operators over verspaningscondities en de juiste toepassing van (verspanings-)gereedschappen. Daarnaast meet, stel en vervang je gereedschappen en maak je nieuwe gereedschappen aan op het gereedschapsvoorinstelapparaat. Je beheert de gereedschapsvoorraad en zorgt ervoor dat gereedschappen tijdig beschikbaar zijn, worden onderhouden en waar nodig worden geslepen. Ook verzorg je de periodieke ijking van de gereedschapsvoorinstelapparaten. In deze veelzijdige functie werk je nauw samen met de unitleiding, operators, programmeurs, R&D en onderhoud je contacten met externe leveranciers en andere partijen. Je denkt actief mee over de juiste gereedschapskeuzes. Als Gereedschapsbeheerder krijg je ook te maken met inkoop. Je overlegt periodiek met leveranciers, constateert nieuwe mogelijkheden voor gereedschapstoepassingen en doet voorstellen voor verbetering en aanpassing van ons gereedschappenpakket. Daarbij houd je rekening met de instellingen in ons systeem en de raamovereenkomsten met leveranciers. Samen met de afdeling inkoop zorg je ervoor dat gereedschappen worden ingekocht tegen de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, stel je inkoopopdrachten op en fiatteer je besteladviezen. Je controleert orderbevestigingen en bewaakt levertijden. Ook het informatiebeheer (leveranciersgegevens, inkoopgegevens, logistieke instellingen) behoort tot je takenpakket.
