Dit is jouw functie als gereedschapsmaker bij Gebrema in Weesp Als Gereedschapmaker maak je deel uit van ons gespecialiseerde team in de gereedschapmakerij. Je vervaardigt en repareert (fijnmechanische) gereedschappen, instrumenten en machineonderdelen, met behulp van CNC- en conventionele draai- en freesbanken, alsook vlak- en profielslijpmachines. Je werk is maatwerk en vraagt om hoge precisie, vakmanschap en oog voor detail. Je werkt mee aan: - Het produceren van duurzame gereedschappen - Het produceren van reserveonderdelen voor de machines van de productie - Het machinaal voorzien van alle onderdelen van een QR code voor een optimaal intern proces - Het doen van verbetervoorstellen binnen en buiten de gereedschapsmakerij omdat we als organisatie onszelf continu willen blijven verbeteren. Wie ben jij? In deze functie is het belangrijk dat je een goed fijnmechanisch inzicht hebt. Je bent innovatief, oplossingsgericht en je werkt zeer nauwkeurig. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar ook graag samen met een gedreven team. Samen leren, lachen en mooie dingen maken.
