Als Gereedschapslijper bij VDL Gereedschapmakerij ben jij de vakman die verantwoordelijk is voor het controleren, slijpen en gereedmaken van gereedschappen van onze klanten. Geen standaard werk, maar maatwerk, samen in een team van toegwijde collega's. Concreet betekent dat: - Je gaat CNC snijgereedschap slijpen - Je gaat conventioneel snijgereedschap slijpen - Je controleert de productiekwaliteit - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede kwaliteit van de geslepen producten - Je denkt mee over een optimale planning en werkvolgorde Wie ben jij? Techniek zit in jouw vingers én in je hoofd. Jij onderzoekt, analyseert en lost op. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar weet ook hoe je samen met collega's tot het beste resultaat komt.
