Bij Leitz in Elst leiden we je op tot Gereedschapslijper. Je werkt met moderne, veelal CNC-gestuurde machines en zorgtt ervoor dat professionele gereedschappen weer perfect scherp en klaar voor gebruik geslepen worden. Ervaring als gereedschapslijper is niet nodig. Technisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en vooral zin om het vak te leren vinden we veel belangrijker. Wat ga je doen? Onze klanten in heel Nederland gebruiken hoogwaardige gereedschappen voor het bewerken van hout, metaal en kunststof. Denk aan meubelmakers, interieurbouwers, kozijn- en deurenfabrikanten en andere technische bedrijven. Wanneer deze gereedschappen bot of beschadigd raken, komen ze bij ons in Elst terecht. Samen met je collega's zorg jij ervoor dat ze weer als nieuw functioneren. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • het controleren en beoordelen van binnengekomen gereedschappen; • het instellen en bedienen van moderne slijp- en CNC-machines; • het slijpen, repareren en produceren van verschillende soorten gereedschappen; • het meten en controleren van het eindresultaat; • steeds zelfstandiger werken naarmate je het vak beter leert kennen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, maar zeker niet de hele dag hetzelfde werk. Verschillende soorten gereedschappen, machines en opdrachten zorgen voor de nodige afwisseling. Nog geen ervaring? Geen probleem.
