Neubau & Bauen im Bestand

IHRE AUFGABEN strategische & operative Leitung

Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für den Bereich Hochbau sowohl hinsichtlich der strategischen Ausrichtung, als auch der operativen Umsetzung. Sie entwickeln Ihren Bereich weiter, treffen Entscheidungen und sorgen dafür, dass Projekte effizient und erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.

* Steuerung eines gesamten Hochbaubereichs mit mehreren Gruppen

* Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Prozessen und Zusammenarbeit

* Verantwortung für Ergebnisse, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit

IHR PROFIL empathische Persönlichkeit mit viel Know-how

Sie sind eine Führungspersönlichkeit mit bautechnischem Background und verstehen wie Bauprojekte wirtschaftlich erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Gleichzeitig haben Sie ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und wissen, wie man Teams weiterentwickelt.

* mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Hochbau

* starkes Verständnis für Bauprozesse und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

* unternehmerisches Denken und sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen

Problemlösungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und entsprechende EDV-Kenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
