Ihre zukünftige Rolle

Im Zuge einer geregelten Übergabe treten Sie die Nachfolge des derzeitigen Geschäftsleiters an. Werte wie Herzlichkeit, Gemeinschaftlichkeit und soziales Engagement prägen den Alltag unserer Organisation. Wenn Sie nicht nur eine neue Aufgabe, sondern eine sinnstiftende Führungsrolle suchen, sind Sie hier genau richtig.

Folgendes wartet auf Sie:

* strategische und operative Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Gesamtausrichtung des Samariterbundes Linz und seiner Geschäftsbereiche

* Mitglied der Vereinsführung und Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsschnittstelle zum Vorstand

* Steuerung von Budgets, Ressourcen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

* Ansprechperson für und Vernetzung mit externen Partner_innen

* Steuerung und Umsetzung geschäftsrelevanter Veränderungen und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Strukturen und Prozessen

* enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorstand, dem Führungsteam sowie dem Betriebsrat

Sie bieten

Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit, die mit Blick fürs Ganze alle Beteiligten hinter einem gemeinsamen Ziel vereint. Sie gehen voran mit ausgeprägter Umsetzungsstärke, der Bereitschaft, selbst anzupacken und Dinge aktiv voranzutreiben. Dabei bewegen Sie sich geschickt am Parkett zwischen Fördergeber_innen und politischen Akteur_innen.

Sie passen zu uns, wenn Sie:

* ein Studium oder eine einschlägige Ausbildung mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt abgeschlossen haben

* mehrjährige Erfahrung im Gesundheits- und Sozialbereich, Förderwesen oder einem nahegelegenen Umfeld mitbringen

* mit Ihrer Führungs- und Managementerfahrung Veränderungsprozesse erfolgreich begleitet und umgesetzt haben

* Affinität zum Netzwerken besitzen, auch außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten

* sich durch Klarheit, Offenheit, Verhandlungsstärke und Lösungsorientierung auszeichnen
