En tant que Gestionnaire comptable confirmé·e, vous assurez la gestion comptable et fiscale d’un portefeuille de clients belges. Vous prenez en charge vos dossiers de manière autonome et veillez à fournir un accompagnement fiable, rigoureux et personnalisé.

Vous participez également à l’encadrement de collaborateurs et contribuez à l’amélioration continue ainsi qu’à la digitalisation des processus comptables.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Gérer de manière autonome un portefeuille de clients belges.
  • Assurer la tenue et le suivi des dossiers comptables.
  • Contrôler la qualité et l’exhaustivité des données comptables.
  • Préparer et établir les déclarations périodiques de TVA.
  • Participer à la préparation des situations comptables intermédiaires.
  • Préparer et élaborer les bilans et les comptes annuels.
  • Établir les comptes d’exploitation.
  • Préparer les déclarations à l’impôt des personnes physiques.
  • Préparer les déclarations à l’impôt des sociétés.
  • Analyser les données comptables et fiscales des clients.
  • Identifier les anomalies et effectuer les corrections nécessaires.
  • Respecter les échéances comptables, fiscales et administratives.
  • Conseiller les clients sur leurs questions comptables et fiscales.
  • Entretenir une relation professionnelle et durable avec les clients.
  • Encadrer et accompagner des collaborateurs dans leurs missions.
  • Contrôler le travail effectué par les collaborateurs.
  • Partager vos connaissances et contribuer au développement de l’équipe.
  • Participer à la digitalisation des processus comptables et fiscaux.
  • Proposer des améliorations afin d’optimiser les méthodes de travail.
  • Contribuer au bon fonctionnement et au développement du bureau.
  • Vous disposez d’un bachelier ou d’un master en comptabilité.
  • Vous avez idéalement suivi une spécialisation en fiscalité.
  • Le titre d’expert-comptable constitue un atout.
  • Vous possédez au moins trois ans d’expérience en fiduciaire ou dans une fonction similaire.
  • Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance de la comptabilité belge.
  • Vous maîtrisez les obligations liées à la TVA.
  • Vous avez de l’expérience dans la préparation des bilans et des comptes annuels.
  • Vous connaissez les principes relatifs à l’impôt des personnes physiques.
  • Vous connaissez les principes relatifs à l’impôt des sociétés.
  • Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers de manière autonome.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français.
  • La connaissance d’autres langues constitue un atout.
  • Vous vous intéressez à la digitalisation des processus comptables et fiscaux.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et les logiciels comptables.
  • Vous travaillez avec rigueur, précision et méthode.
  • Vous êtes proactif·ve et prenez volontiers des initiatives.
  • Vous disposez d’un bon esprit d’analyse.
  • Vous respectez les échéances et organisez efficacement vos priorités.
  • Vous appréciez le contact avec les clients.
  • Vous aimez accompagner, encadrer et faire progresser vos collègues.
  • Vous faites preuve d’un excellent esprit d’équipe.
