Gestionnaire de Matériel & Fleet | Engins de chantier | CDI | Région de Huizingen

Vous disposez d'une solide expérience dans la gestion d'engins de chantier, de matériel lourd et de camions ? Vous souhaitez occuper une fonction stratégique au sein d'une entreprise active dans les infrastructures et les travaux publics ?

En tant que Gestionnaire de Matériel & Fleet (h/f/x), vous assurez la gestion globale du parc d'équipements afin de garantir la disponibilité, la sécurité et la performance du matériel utilisé sur les différents chantiers.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne du parc d'engins de chantier (camions, grues, machines de terrassement, matériel lourd, outillage électroportatif, véhicules utilitaires, etc.) ;
  • Planifier et coordonner les opérations de maintenance préventive et curative ;
  • Veiller au respect des contrôles techniques, certifications et obligations légales ;
  • Analyser les besoins opérationnels et piloter les investissements liés au renouvellement ou à l'acquisition de matériel ;
  • Optimiser les coûts d'exploitation, la disponibilité et la rentabilité du parc ;
  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer une équipe d'environ 13 collaborateurs (techniciens, magasiniers, mécaniciens, personnel administratif...) ;
  • Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance et assurer un reporting régulier à la direction ;
  • Participer activement aux projets d'amélioration continue et à la modernisation du parc matériel.

Deux prises de références positives vous seront demandées. Un test de personnalité vous sera proposé.

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, vous disposez des compétences suivantes :

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de matériel lourd, d'engins de chantier ou d'une flotte d'équipements techniques ;
  • Expérience confirmée en management d'équipe (minimum 3 ans) ;
  • Formation technique de niveau bachelier ou ingénieur (électromécanique, mécanique, construction ou équivalent) ;
  • Bonne connaissance des procédures de maintenance, de sécurité et de gestion d'actifs ;
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et aisance dans le suivi administratif ;
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation, d'analyse et de prise de décision ;
  • Esprit orienté terrain tout en étant à l'aise dans les aspects stratégiques ;
  • La connaissance du néerlandais constitue un réel atout.
