Que ferez-vous ?

  • Vous gérez les dossiers entrants par e-mail et par téléphone et assurez un suivi fluide et efficace.
  • Vous analysez en profondeur les demandes de remboursement et vérifiez si elles sont couvertes contractuellement.
  • Vous validez les pièces justificatives et calculez avec précision le montant à rembourser.
  • Vous communiquez de manière claire et professionnelle avec les clients concernant leur dossier et les décisions éventuelles.
  • Vous assurez la facturation envers les partenaires B2B et traitez les contestations de façon constructive et orientée solutions.

Quelles sont les qualités recherchées pour ce poste de Gestionnaire de dossiers ?

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier et disposez idéalement d'une première expérience dans une fonction similaire.
  • Vous combinez un excellent esprit analytique avec un grand sens du détail.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome, faites preuve d'initiative et adoptez une approche orientée solutions.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) client et communiquez aisément en néerlandais et en français (la connaissance de l'anglais constitue un atout).
  • Vous êtes un(e) véritable team player et vous maîtrisez facilement les outils informatiques ainsi que les différents canaux de communication
