Missions

  • Répondre aux demandes d'assistance des clients avec professionnalisme et empathie ;
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées ;
  • Coordonner les interventions nécessaires avec les partenaires et les prestataires externes ;
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers d'assistance jusqu'à leur résolution complète ;
  • Maintenir une documentation précise et à jour des échanges et des actions entreprises ;
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus en partageant vos observations et suggestions.
  • Vous parlez couramment néerlandais et français ;
  • Vous possédez une excellente capacité de communication orale et écrite ;
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques courants et êtes à l'aise avec les systèmes de gestion de dossiers ;
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) client et avez un sens aigu des priorités ;
  • Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement structuré et collaboratif.
