Que ferez-vous?

En tant que gestionnaire de dossiers, vous êtes le point de contact privilégié pour votre propre portefeuille de clients composé notamment d’associations sportives et de clubs de football de renom. Vous gérez leurs dossiers du personnel de A à Z : vous assurez le traitement précis et ponctuel des salaires, établissez les documents sociaux et veillez à une administration du personnel correcte.

Vos clients peuvent compter sur vous, non seulement pour une gestion salariale fiable et efficace, mais également comme partenaire de confiance pour répondre à leurs questions en matière de législation sociale et de gestion du personnel. Vous les accompagnez dans leurs défis spécifiques liés au secteur sportif, vous anticipez leurs besoins, identifiez les opportunités et traduisez des réglementations complexes en conseils pratiques, clairs et personnalisés.

Grâce à votre expertise et votre approche proactive, vous contribuez à offrir un service de qualité adapté aux réalités de chaque organisation sportive.

Qui êtes-vous?

  • Vous êtes au moins titulaire d’un bachelier en gestion d’entreprise, en droit, gestion de PME ou d’assistant(e) social(e), ou vous disposez d’une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour l’administration et législation du sport, et plus particulièrement pour le football.
  • Vous êtes curieux(se) d’apprendre et à la recherche d’un nouveau défi.
  • Vous manifestez un intérêt pour la législation sociale.
  • Une expérience en traitement des salaires constitue un atout.
  • Vous travaillez avec précision et discrétion, tout en plaçant le client au centre de vos priorités.
  • Vous accordez de l’importance à votre développement professionnel continu.
  • Une excellente maîtrise du français et du néerlandais est indispensable (niveau C1).
