Une entreprise industrielle spécialisée dans la conception, la fabrication, l’installation et la maintenance de structures métalliques et d’équipements industriels recherche un(e) Gestionnaire de planning ouvrier en CDI.

L’entreprise évolue dans différents secteurs industriels exigeants et compte plusieurs centaines de collaborateurs. Elle combine un environnement professionnel structuré avec une culture de travail à taille humaine.

Votre mission

Véritable acteur(trice) central(e) dans l’organisation des chantiers, vous veillez à affecter les bonnes ressources au bon endroit et au bon moment, tout en assurant une coordination efficace entre les équipes internes et les sous-traitants.

Au quotidien, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :

  • Planifier et affecter le personnel ouvrier en fonction des besoins des différents chantiers ;
  • Adapter les plannings en fonction des changements, absences ou imprévus ;
  • Vérifier que les collaborateurs disposent des qualifications et habilitations requises ;
  • Contrôler les accès nécessaires aux différents sites ;
  • Communiquer les affectations aux ouvriers et aux sous-traitants ;
  • Être l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des sous-traitants concernant leurs besoins en personnel ;
  • Assurer quotidiennement le suivi du Check-in@Work ;
  • Gérer les réquisitions et l’organisation des véhicules ;
  • Assurer le suivi des échanges et informations par e-mail ;
  • Utiliser Microsoft Excel pour organiser et suivre les plannings et les équipes.

Vous êtes une personne organisée, structurée et réactive, capable d’évoluer dans un environnement où les priorités peuvent changer rapidement.

  • Garder votre calme face aux imprévus ;
  • Prioriser efficacement les tâches ;
  • Prendre des décisions rapidement ;
  • Rechercher des solutions concrètes ;
  • Communiquer de manière claire, diplomate et assertive ;
  • Collaborer avec des interlocuteurs aux profils variés.

Nous recherchons particulièrement les qualités suivantes :

  • Excellent sens de l’organisation et des priorités ;
  • Rigueur et fiabilité ;
  • Réactivité et esprit de solution ;
  • Aisance relationnelle ;
  • Capacité à prendre du recul ;
  • Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Excel ;
  • Capacité à gérer et structurer un volume important d’e-mails.

Une expérience dans la planification, la coordination d’équipes ou un environnement industriel/de chantier constitue un réel atout.
