The posting

En tant que gestionnaire de stock, vous construisez et faites évoluer de manière autonome les procédures de gestion des stocks. Vous êtes force de proposition, prenez des initiatives et identifiez continuellement des pistes d'optimisation afin d'améliorer l'organisation, les processus et la fiabilité des stocks. Vous exercez vos missions sous la supervision du responsable du service Achats et collaborez étroitement avec le responsable du magasin. Vous êtes le/la référent.e en matière de gestion des stocks de l'ONE et assurez leur suivi ainsi que leur supervision opérationnelle. À ce titre, vous veillez à la cohérence entre le stock physique et le stock informatique et garantissez la fiabilité des données de stock. Votre présence est requise au moins 2 jours par semaine au magasin, afin de garantir un suivi opérationnel optimal.

1. Gestion opérationnelle du stock :

  • Coordonner les flux logistiques liés au système : réceptions, mouvements internes, sorties et expéditions.
  • Garantir la cohérence et la gestion quotidienne entre le stock informatique et le stock physique, notamment en ce qui concerne les numéros de lots et de séries.
  • Gérer les articles mis au rebut et veiller au respect des procédures de déclassement.

2. Inventaires et contrôle :

  • Organiser et superviser l'inventaire annuel et les inventaires partiels
  • Identifier, analyser et corriger les écarts d'inventaire.
  • Produire des rapports réguliers : articles dormants, anomalies, écarts, indicateurs de performance, etc.

3. Gestion des données et paramétrages :

  • Mettre à jour les paramètres de gestion dans le système : fiches articles, unités de mesure, fournisseurs, nomenclatures, seuils, etc.
  • Contrôler la qualité et la cohérence des données encodées par les utilisateurs.
  • Assurer la traçabilité et la conformité des informations logistiques.

4. Analyse et amélioration continue :

  • Analyser les processus logistiques existants et identifier les pistes d'optimisation.
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations visant à renforcer l'efficacité, la fiabilité et la sécurité des opérations.
  • Collaborer avec vos collègues chargés des achats et des approvisionnements afin d'avoir des stocks en suffisance et adaptés au besoin de l'Office
  • Vous disposez d'un bachelier à orientation logistique (critère obligatoire)
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle en gestion des stocks physique et informatique (critère obligatoire)
  • L'expérience dans un environnement institutionnel ou public est un sérieux atout.
  • Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome, d'analyser les situations avec esprit critique et de proposer des améliorations
  • Vous maitrisez avec aisance avec les outils informatiques et les systèmes de gestion (surtout SAP).
  • Vous connaissez les procédures logistiques (réception, stockage, inventaires, traçabilité).
  • Vous êtes capable de produire des analyses chiffrées et des rapports structurés en lien avec la gestion de stock.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux.se et avez le sens du détail.
  • Vous êtes polyvalent.e et savez gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
  • Vous communiquez aisément et avec assertivité
  • Vous êtes orienté.e service et mettez tout en œuvre pour répondre aux demandes
  • De nature sociable et communicative, vous êtes une personne facilement accessible. La fonction nécessite en effet de nombreuses collaborations internes et externes
  • Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe : vous favorisez une ambiance positive et créez un sentiment d'appartenance
  • Vous êtes flexible, la fonction implique des déplacements sur le territoire de la Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles, à titre exceptionnel
  • 2.897,45 € bruts mensuels à l'indice actuel & 0 année d'ancienneté) - Echelle barémique 250/1 ;
