Nous recherchons un(e) conseiller(ère) en assurances avec minimum 2 ans d'expérience, capable d'être autonome directement pour renforcer notre équipe et apporter une expertise solide à nos clients.

Description du poste :

  • Capable de prospecter et développer activement des nouveaux portefeuilles clients.
  • Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients existants.
  • Conseiller les clients sur les divers produits d'assurances.
  • Proposer des recommandations claires et orientées solution.
  • Participer à la fidélisation des clients et contribuer au développement de l'activité
  • Participer à la stratégie commerciale du bureau.
  • Avoir minimum 2 ans d'expérience.
  • Être titulaire du PCP
  • Connaissance du logiciel Brio
  • Connaissance des produits d' assurances, des procédures d'indemnisation. Une expérience en assurance vie, placement est un plus.
  • Capacité d'analyse, de négociation et de prise de décision.
  • Mentalité proactive, sens commercial fort et esprit orienté solution.
  • Très bonnes compétences relationnelles, sens du service.
  • Flexibilité.
