The posting

Vous êtes responsable de la paie mensuelle d'environ 300 employés. Vous veillez à ce que tous les aspects de la législation sociale soient correctement appliqués. Vous êtes également le premier point de contact pour toutes les questions relatives aux ressources humaines. La direction, les chefs de service et les travailleurs s'adressent à vous pour cela. Vous êtes un bâtisseur de ponts : vous savez parfaitement comment établir des relations à long terme avec les partenaires sociaux et les syndicats. Vous êtes responsable de toute l'administration du personnel (documents sociaux, facturation, audits, etc.), de du recrutement à la sortie de l'entreprise. Avec vos collègues des RH, vous collaborez à des projets et optimisations en matière de RH (onboarding, formation, évaluations,...). Vous êtes la personne de contact pour les partenaires externes en concertation avec le talent manager et vous menez également les interviews de recrutement avec les blue-collars.

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation de niveau bachelor ou master.
  • Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en RH dans un environnement industriel international.
  • La connaissance de la législation sociale est indispensable.
  • S'exprimer facilement en Français et en Néerlandais n'est pas un obstacle pour toi.
  • Vous êtes quelqu'un qui aime penser (pro)activement et qui n'a pas peur du changement.
  • Communicatif et précis sont les deux mots clés qui vous décrivent.
