Jobomschrijving

En tant que Planificateur / Dispatcher HVAC, vous serez en charge de :

  • Planifier et coordonner les interventions de dépannage, de maintenance et d'entretien des techniciens HVAC.
  • Analyser les demandes entrantes, évaluer les urgences et organiser les interventions en fonction des priorités.
  • Optimiser les plannings en tenant compte des compétences, de la disponibilité et des déplacements des techniciens.
  • Gérer les contrats de maintenance préventive et contacter les clients afin de planifier les entretiens périodiques.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des interventions et garantir une communication fluide avec les clients et les équipes terrain.
  • Veiller à la qualité du service et à la satisfaction des clients tout au long du processus.

Ce poste s'adresse à une personne organisée, réactive et orientée solutions, capable de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément dans un environnement dynamique. Véritable point de contact entre les clients et les techniciens, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes.

  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion des priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Capacité à réagir rapidement aux imprévus et à trouver des solutions efficaces sous pression.
  • Orientation client prononcée et excellentes compétences en communication téléphonique.
  • Maîtrise parfaite du néerlandais ; la connaissance du français constitue un atout.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de planification.
  • Une expérience dans une fonction de planification, dispatching ou dans le secteur HVAC est un plus.
  • Esprit d'équipe, sens du service et attitude proactive.
  • Résistant(e) au stress, flexible et capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
  • Curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et motivé(e) à évoluer dans un environnement technique.
