Misión

Administrar los sistemas informáticos conectados a la red Vithas en la sede central, así como garantizar su correcto funcionamiento. Resolver las incidencias informáticas que puedan surgir en el día a día en nuestras oficinas, así como apoyar a los jefes de proyectos de TI en sus distintos proyectos en la medida en que lo necesiten.

Responsabilidades

1. Administrar, controlar y garantizar el funcionamiento correcto del hardward de los sistemas informáticos del centro. Comprobar de forma diaria el estado de la infraestructura de TI.

2. Resolver Incidencias de los usuarios cuando son de su ambito de actuación y derivar al área que proceda en caso de no serlo procurando siempre una atención excelente al usuario.

3. Dar soporte técnico continuo a los usuarios durante toda la jornada laboral, ofreciendo respuestas a sus necesidades, dudas y consultas.

4. Garantizar el mejor precio de compra a los proveedores homologados y mantenerse actualizado de las soluciones que se ofrecen en el mercado.

5. Tratar de mantener un stock de equipos que permita entregar unidades de forma inmediata cuando se requieran, bien sea a nuevas incorporaciones, bien sea a personas de estructura debido a necesidades de cambio.

6. Implantar y facilitar la utilización de paquetes informáticos de propósito general y aplicaciones específicas.

7. Dar apoyo local a los Gestores de Sistemas de los Hospitales con disponibilidad para atender dudas o consultas y disponible para viajar a cualquier hospital que pueda necesitar su servicio y asistencia.

8. Proponer y coordinar cambios para mejorar la explotación del sistema y las aplicaciones.
