Gevelreiniger | Zuid Holland Waddinxveen Je gaat aan de slag bij een ervaren schoonmaak- en onderhoudsorganisatie uit Zuid-Holland die zich richt op het professioneel onderhouden en representatief houden van vastgoed. De organisatie werkt voor uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers, waaronder bedrijven, wooncomplexen, VvE's, onderwijsinstellingen, industriële organisaties en zorglocaties. Naast reguliere schoonmaak heeft het bedrijf veel kennis in huis op het gebied van gevelreiniging, glasbewassing en specialistische reiniging. Hierdoor werk je niet iedere dag aan dezelfde soort klus en kun je jezelf steeds verder ontwikkelen binnen het specialistische reinigingsvak. Binnen de organisatie wordt praktisch gewerkt: duidelijke afspraken, goed materieel en samen zorgen voor een resultaat waar je trots op kunt zijn. Functieomschrijving Als Gevelreiniger zorg jij ervoor dat gebouwen er weer representatief en verzorgd uitzien. Geen dag dezelfde werkplek en geen hele dag binnen: je bent samen met collega's onderweg naar verschillende klanten en projecten in Zuid-Holland. De ene dag reinig je de gevel van een bedrijfspand, de volgende dag werk je aan een appartementencomplex of verwijder je hardnekkige vervuiling op een andere locatie. Afhankelijk van de ondergrond en vervuiling bepaal je samen met je collega's welke reinigingsmethode het beste resultaat geeft. Je werkt hierbij met professionele machines en materialen. Wat ga je doen? - Reinigen van verschillende soorten gevels; - Verwijderen van aanslag en hardnekkige vervuiling; - Reinigen van gevels, bestrating en andere buitenoppervlakken; - Werken met professionele hogedruk- en reinigingsapparatuur; - Uitvoeren van specialistische reinigingswerkzaamheden; - Controleren van de ondergrond voor en na de werkzaamheden; - Machines, materialen en gereedschappen goed onderhouden; - Werkgebieden veilig afzetten; - Zorgen voor een nette en professionele oplevering bij de klant.
