Functie informatie Als Gezinscoach ben je verantwoordelijk voor de intensieve begeleiding van gezinnen waar meerdere problemen tegelijk spelen en eerdere hulp onvoldoende effect had. Jij werkt samen met gezinnen aan rust, veiligheid en perspectief, zodat kinderen zich weer veilig kunnen ontwikkelen binnen hun eigen gezin. Je doet dit voor gezinnen met complexe en soms urgente problematiek, zoals trauma, opvoedvragen, spanningen en zorgen over veiligheid. Jouw werk heeft directe impact op het dagelijks functioneren van het gezin en op de ontwikkeling van kinderen. Wat deze functie bij iHub bijzonder maakt, is dat je werkt binnen het Integrale Team Haaglanden, samen met collega's van verschillende disciplines en met een partnerorganisatie. Daardoor kun je breed, systemisch en dichtbij het gezin werken. Je gaat ambulant op pad, voert gesprekken met ouders en kinderen en stemt af met netwerkpartners en collega's. Je kijkt steeds naar wat er nodig is om duurzame verandering mogelijk te maken. Als Gezinscoach ben je verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding van gezinnen met complexe problematiek in hun eigen leefomgeving. Jij bent de schakel tussen het gezin, het netwerk en betrokken professionals. Daarnaast draag je bij aan veiligheid, stabiliteit en toekomstperspectief voor kinderen en ouders.
