Als Gezinscoach met Procesregie zorg jij dat de juiste hulp op het juiste moment wordt ingezet en houd je regie op complexe trajecten. De jeugdhulp is volop in beweging. We zetten steeds meer in op passende ondersteuning, preventie en eigen kracht. Dat vraagt om professionals die overzicht houden, scherpe afwegingen maken en de regie durven nemen. Daarom zoeken wij een Procesregisseur Jeugdhulp (Gezinscoach met Procesregie) : een stevige professional die niet zelf hulp verleent in het gezin, maar vanuit regie, inhoudelijke beoordeling en kwaliteitsbewaking het verschil maakt. Als Procesregisseur Jeugdhulp ben jij de spil in het beoordelen, monitoren en bijsturen van jeugdhulptrajecten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat gezinnen de ondersteuning krijgen die nodig is: niet meer dan nodig, maar zeker ook niet minder. Je kijkt met een kritische en professionele blik naar situaties, durft besluiten te nemen en houdt, ook bij complexe casuïstiek, het overzicht. Je schakelt voortdurend tussen ouders, zorgaanbieders en collega's en bewaakt de voortgang van het gehele proces. Het werk is dynamisch en de werkdruk...
