Jij gelooft erin dat de omgeving van het kind de meest invloedrijke plek is voor het opgroeien en werkt daarom vanuit de driehoek kind - gezin - school. Je haalt voldoening uit het inventariseren van de hulpvraag en op basis van het behandelplan adviseer, informeer of train jij een kind en zijn of haar systeem. Cedin zoekt voor haar zorgpraktijk in Zuidhorn een: Gezinshulpverlener Voor de duur van minimaal één jaar voor 24 uren per week Wat ga je doen? Je werk is gericht op ambulante hulpverlening en begeleiding. Jij inventariseert de hulpvraag en bent in staat het behandelplan op te stellen, al dan niet met ondersteuning van jouw collega's in een multidisciplinair team. Je biedt hierin de benodigde begeleiding en hulp. Daarnaast weet je op de juiste momenten specialisten in te zetten. Daarom heb je kennis van de hulpverleningsmethodieken. Ook in crisissituaties weet jij hoe je moet bemiddelen en welke acties te ondernemen. Jij adviseert, informeert en traint het kind en/of zijn systeem gericht op uitbreiding van de opvoedings- en pedagogische vaardigheden. Wat neem je mee? Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding richting Pedagogiek of een vergelijkbare agogische opleiding en hebt een aantal jaren werkervaring opgedaan. Je bent in het bezit van een SKJ registratie, hebt bij voorkeur een IAG opleiding en kunt een positieve Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) overleggen. Je bent in staat om zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en ondernemend te werken. Daarnaast heb je kennis en ervaring met systemisch werken. Om bij cliënten te kunnen komen, is het noodzakelijk dat je in het bezit bent van een geldig rijbewijs B en eigen vervoersmiddel.
