Binnen de Stevige Lokale Teams (SLT) werken professionals van verschillende organisaties samen om jeugdigen en gezinnen tijdig de juiste ondersteuning te bieden, dicht bij hun leefwereld. Sterk Huis is partner binnen de SLT's in West-Brabant. Samen met gemeenten, scholen, huisartsen, zorgpartners en het netwerk van gezinnen bieden we passende ondersteuning vanuit één gezamenlijke aanpak.Je ondersteunt jeugdigen en gezinnen die vastlopen in het opgroeien of opvoeden. De hulpvragen variëren van opvoed- en ontwikkelvragen tot complexe situaties waarin bijvoorbeeld onveiligheid, trauma, psychische problematiek, huiselijk geweld of complexe scheidingen spelen. Jij kijkt naar wat een gezin nodig heeft en werkt samen aan duurzame oplossingen. Voor verschillende SLT-regio's zoeken wij Ambulant Jeugd- en Gezinsprofessionals B. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring ligt het accent op begeleiding, systeemgerichte gezinsbehandeling of een combinatie daarvan.
