The posting

Ervaring in productie, assemblage, kunststofbewerking of machinebediening is een pré, maar geen harde eis. Belangrijker is dat je praktisch en nauwkeurig werkt en bereid bent verschillende productiewerkzaamheden te leren.

De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit kunststof bewerken en buigen, lijmen en assembleren, plaatmateriaal en onderdelen verwerken, producten afwerken en controleren en het bedienen van productiemachines.

Na een goede instructie voer je ook bestaande productieopdrachten uit op onze laser- en CNC-freesmachines. Zelfstandig CNC-programmeren is hiervoor niet vereist.

Heb je al ervaring met machinebediening, technische productie, kunststofbewerking of assemblage, dan is dat een voordeel. Ook kandidaten zonder specifieke ervaring die technisch inzicht hebben en het vak in de praktijk willen leren, nodigen we van harte uit om te reageren. We leren het je graag!

Milplex B.V. in Best maakt maatwerkproducten uit kunststof en ander plaatmateriaal voor zakelijke klanten. In onze eigen werkplaats combineren we onder andere CNC-frezen, lasersnijden, kunststofbewerking, buigen, afwerken en assemblage.

Voor onze productie zoeken we een praktische productiemedewerker / machineoperator die graag met zijn of haar handen werkt en verschillende werkzaamheden wil leren.

Je werkt mee aan het hele productieproces. Denk aan het verwerken en buigen van kunststof, lijmen en assembleren, onderdelen afwerken en controleren en het bedienen van productiemachines. Na een goede instructie kun je ook bestaande opdrachten uitvoeren op onze CNC-frees- en lasermachines. CNC-programmeren hoef je hiervoor niet te kunnen.

Ervaring in productie, assemblage, kunststofbewerking of machinebediening is mooi meegenomen, maar geen harde eis. We vinden het belangrijker dat je nauwkeurig en veilig werkt, praktisch inzicht hebt en bereid bent nieuwe werkzaamheden te leren.

We bieden een afwisselende functie van 32 tot 40 uur per week binnen een klein bedrijf met korte lijnen. Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar iemand die maandag tot en met donderdag van 16.00 tot 00.00 uur kan werken. Dagdienst of een andere indeling kan in overleg worden besproken.

Het salaris is afhankelijk van ervaring, vaardigheden en zelfstandigheid. Voor iemand die zelfstandig meer machinewerk kan uitvoeren is een hoger salaris mogelijk.

Je hoeft geen specifieke opleiding te hebben. Wel moet je werk- en veiligheidsinstructies voldoende kunnen begrijpen in het Nederlands of Engels.
