The posting

We zoeken iemand met praktische ervaring in de op- en afbouw van evenementen, bij voorkeur binnen grootschalige eventproducties. Je hebt ervaring met werkzaamheden zoals elektra, bekabeling, tijdelijke waterinfrastructuur en vloersystemen.

Ervaring kan zijn opgedaan in congres- en evenementenlocaties zoals RAI, Ahoy of Jaarbeurs, maar ook bij festivals en grote (internationale) sportevenementen, zoals een EK of WK.

Voor de rol van voorman zoeken we iemand die proactief handelt, vooruitdenkt en mogelijke knelpunten vroegtijdig signaleert. Je wacht niet tot problemen of vertragingen ontstaan, maar denkt mee in praktische oplossingen en neemt waar nodig initiatief. Daarnaast kun je overzicht houden, een team aansturen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor een veilige, efficiënte en tijdige uitvoering.

Event XV is actief in de evenementenindustrie en levert personeel voor de op- en afbouw van uiteenlopende evenementen. Onze werkzaamheden vinden plaats op grote evenementenlocaties zoals RAI Amsterdam, Rotterdam Ahoy en Jaarbeurs Utrecht, maar ook op festivals en grote nationale en internationale evenementen.

Voor onze projecten zoeken wij een Meewerkend Voorman Evenementen die niet alleen zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar ook verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de uitvoering op locatie. De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit het opbouwen en afbreken van tijdelijke voorzieningen, waaronder elektra, bekabeling, waterinfrastructuur en vloersystemen.

Als voorman stuur je medewerkers aan, bewaak je de voortgang en zorg je ervoor dat werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en binnen de planning worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij verwachten we een proactieve houding: je kijkt vooruit, signaleert mogelijke knelpunten voordat deze tot problemen of vertraging leiden en denkt zelfstandig mee over praktische oplossingen.

Geen evenement of locatie is hetzelfde. Juist die afwisseling, de strakke deadlines en het gezamenlijk realiseren van grote producties maken het werk uitdagend. We zoeken daarom iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen, overzicht houdt en tegelijkertijd graag onderdeel is van het team.
