Wij zijn op zoek naar nieuwe collega´s voor de vestigingen van Balans in Eindhoven, Rotterdam en Arnhem

Functieomschrijving Als recruitment specialist bij Balans combineer je de wensen van de kandidaat én de opdrachtgever. Je verzorgt het gehele arbeidsbemiddeling proces, van vacature intake en eerste contact met de sollicitant tot aan het dienstverband. Van uitzending tot en met uitbetaling. Van gewoon een baan naar gaaf én betekenisvol werk. Je helpt specialisten en leidinggevenden in laboratorium en procestechniek aan een passende nieuwe job. Waarin ze kunnen schitteren, groeien en happy zijn. Wij noemen dat “werk maken van dromen”.

Jij hebt van nature feeling voor talent en je legt makkelijk verbindingen. Met oprechte aandacht en interesse heb je boeiende, inhoudelijke gesprekken met managers of vacaturehouders en met vakprofessionals. Naast warm relatiebeheer vind je het ook een sport om new business te genereren. Zowel actief als latent werkzoekenden weet jij via verschillende kanalen te bereiken en je begeleidt hen intensief naar (nieuw) werk. Door te luisteren, buiten de kaders te denken en het potentieel van jouw kandidaten in te schatten laat je je meerwaarde zien. Jij maakt daarmee impact, het verschil in iemands leven!
