FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je nauwkeurig en heb je interesse in CNC-machines? Werk je graag met moderne technologie en haal je voldoening uit kwalitatief en precies werk?

Voor een ervaren en groeiend bedrijf gespecialiseerd in totaalinrichting en koeltechnieken zijn we op zoek naar een CNC operator/bediener. Je staat in voor het bedienen en instellen van CNC-machines en werkt mee aan de productie van diverse onderdelen voor unieke interieurprojecten.

Je komt terecht in een gevarieerde werkomgeving waar vakmanschap, technische kennis en kwaliteit centraal staan. Klaar om jouw technische skills in te zetten in een afwisselende functie?

Jouw taken

  • Je bedient de CNC-machine binnen de houtafdeling.
  • Je werkt met verschillende houtbewerkingsmachines, zoals een afplakmachine, opdeelzaag en CNC-machine.
  • Je stelt de machines correct in en programmeert ze volgens de vereiste specificaties.
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische plannen en tekeningen.
  • Je stelt zaaglijsten op en zorgt ervoor dat de productie vlot kan verlopen.
  • Je voert wekelijks preventief onderhoud uit aan de machines.
  • Je controleert en houdt de voorraad van materialen en onderdelen bij, zoals lijm en andere verbruiksartikelen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en een correcte afwerking.

  • Je bent gemotiveerd en hebt vooral veel goesting om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Je bent sociaal en werkt graag samen met collega’s.
  • Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en een goede werkmentaliteit.
  • Je bent fysiek in goede conditie. De job kan soms wat zwaarder werk met zich meebrengen, zoals tillen, trekken en sleuren.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt voldoende Nederlands om vlot en duidelijk te kunnen communiceren met collega’s en leidinggevenden. Je Nederlands hoeft niet perfect te zijn, maar een goede communicatie is belangrijk.
