Denk aan psychische klachten, spanningen thuis, schoolproblemen en vragen rond bijvoorbeeld autisme of hechting. Je onderzoekt wat er achter het gedrag ligt en welke behandeling past bij het kind én het gezin. Je voert diagnostiek en behandeling uit, waaronder indicatiestelling en complexe behandelingen. Binnen (s)ggz-trajecten neem je de rol van regiebehandelaar op je. Daarbij stem je af met behandelaren, gezinscoaches en jeugdbegeleiders en ondersteun je hen bij inhoudelijke vragen. Complexe casussen bespreek je tijdens multidisciplinair overleg en intervisie. Ook buiten deze vaste momenten kun je met collega's sparren over situaties die om extra afweging vragen. Naast het directe cliëntwerk denk je mee over regionale en landelijke beleidsontwikkeling. Ook lever je inhoudelijke input voor het verbeteren van behandelmethodieken. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Bij impegno staat 'groot denken en klein doen' centraal. Geen ingewikkelde theorieën, maar toegankelijk zijn, lef tonen en samen met cliënten werken aan duurzame oplossingen. Je begeleidt kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen binnen de basis- en specialistische ggz op locaties in Zoetermeer, Rijswijk en Den Haag. Jouw expertise, voorkeuren en beschikbaarheid bepalen hoe jouw werkweek eruitziet. Samen met psychiaters, systeemtherapeuten, gezinscoaches, jeugdbegeleiders en andere behandelaren vorm je een betrokken multidisciplinair team.
