Een beroerte, ongeval of hersenbloeding kan het leven ingrijpend veranderen. Op de kliniek Neuropsychiatrie/NAH van Antes begeleiden we volwassenen met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel bij het hervinden van regie en perspectief. Als sociaal werker kijk je verder dan het letsel en zie je vooral de mens achter de cliënt. Geen situatie is hetzelfde: met persoonlijke aandacht, maatwerk en oog voor mogelijkheden help je patiënten stap voor stap bouwen aan een nieuwe toekomst. Ben jij die ggz-agoog die houdt van een uitdaging binnen onze afdeling Neuropsychiatrie? Kun jij als geen ander de cliënt motiveren en weer in zijn kracht zetten? Dan nodigen wij je graag uit om verder te lezen over deze boeiende functie! Dit ga je doen Werken op onze afdeling is bijzonder omdat psychiatrie, neurologie en somatische zorg hier samenkomen. Je ondersteunt cliënten niet alleen in hun herstel, maar draagt ook bij aan ADL-zorg, van coaching tot volledige ondersteuning. Ervaring is niet vereist; wij begeleiden je stap voor stap. Daarnaast leer je somatische controles uitvoeren en volg je een medicatiecursus. Je werkt altijd samen met en onder verantwoordelijkheid van een verpleegkundige. De werkzaamheden: - begeleiden van cliënten tijdens hun opname en ondersteunen bij het herstelproces; - motiveren en activeren van cliënten om zelfstandigheid en eigen regie te vergroten; - ondersteunen bij ADL-zorg, observeren van het psychiatrisch, cognitief en lichamelijk functioneren en uitvoeren van eenvoudige somatische controles; - signaleren van veranderingen, hierover afstemmen met de verantwoordelijke verpleegkundige en na het behalen van de medicatiecursus medicatie verstrekken volgens de geldende afspraken; - samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair t...
