Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is en draagt bij aan het verminderen van het risico op terugval in delictgedrag. Samen met een multidisciplinair team zorg je voor een veilige en gestructureerde omgeving waarin patiënten zich kunnen ontwikkelen en stap voor stap vooruitgang boeken. Wat ga je doen: - Begeleiden van patiënten met complexe psychiatrische en/of verslavingsproblematiek binnen een forensische setting. - Uitvoeren van behandelingen volgens het stepped care-principe, afgestemd op de behoeften van de patiënt. - Bijdragen aan het opstellen en uitvoeren van zorgplannen in samenwerking met een multidisciplinair team. - Werken in onregelmatige diensten tussen 7.30 en 23.00 (geen nachtdiensten, tenzij gewenst). - Creëren van een veilige en gestructureerde omgeving waarin patiënten zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Wat we je bieden - Een salaris tussen € 3.180,- en € 4.273,- bruto per maand (op basis van FWG 45, CAO GGZ). - Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. - Een parttime functie van 24 tot 36 uur per week, met flexibele werktijden tussen 07:30 en 23:00. - Toegang tot professionele ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden, zoals trainingen en opleidingen, om jouw kennis en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. - Een dynamische werkomgeving binnen de forensische zorg, waar geen dag hetzelfde is en je echt impact maakt. - Een organisatie die jouw welzijn en persoonlijke groei centraal stelt, met aandacht voor intervisie en scholing.
