Daarom verbinden we plekken, verhalen, mensen en onze partners. Zo helpen we bewoners en bezoekers om Maastricht beter te begrijpen en met andere ogen te bekijken . Daar hebben we bevlogen gidsen voor nodig. Mensen die nieuwsgierig zijn, verhalen kunnen verbinden , goed kunnen luisteren en anderen weten te enthousiasmeren voor het verhaal achter een plek . Jij maakt het verschil Als gids breng jij het erfgoed tot leven. Letterlijk. Je neemt mensen mee naar bijzondere plekken en laat zien wat deze plekken vertellen over de stad. Je legt uit hoe alles met elkaar in verbinding staat : verleden en heden. En je maakt zichtbaar hoe al die verhalen met elkaar samenhangen. Een fossiel vertelt niet alleen over een verdwenen zee, maar over de miljoenen jaren geschiedenis die onder onze voeten ligt. Een vestingwerk vertelt niet alleen over oorlog, maar ook over vrijheid, veiligheid en de stad waarin we vandaag leven. Een mergelgrot gaat niet alleen over ondergrondse gangen, maar over eeuwen van arbeid, schuilen, kunst, natu ur en menselijke vindingrijkheid . Wat ga je doen? Je verzorgt rondleidingen op bijzondere erfgoedlocaties, zoals: Grotten Noord • Grotten Zonneberg • Fort Sint - Pieter • Kazematten • Historische binnenstad • voormalig NAVO - hoofdkwartier • Bonsdalgroeve • en andere locaties van onze partners G een rondleiding is hetzelfde. De ene keer ontvang je een gezin met jonge kinderen, de andere keer een groep internationale bezoekers of inwoners van Maastricht die hun eigen stad opnieuw willen ontdekken.
