Gehalt:

Kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt EUR 2.902,74 brutto monatlich. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.

Das macht dir als Gießer:in Spaß:

- Herstellung von Rohteilen

- Anlagen- und Maschinenbedienung im Produktionsbereich

- Sichtprüfung und Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile

- Reinigung und einfache Wartung der Anlagen

- Eingabe von Produktions- und Betriebsdaten

- Mitarbeit am Kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP)

- Meldung, wenn Hilfs- oder Betriebsstoffe nachgefüllt werden müssen

- Gute Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit den anderen Produktionsbereichen

- Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben

- Umsetzung von 5S (Ordnung und Sauberkeit) am Arbeitsplatz

- Erfahrung in der Produktion oder in einer Gießerei von Vorteil

- Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

- Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (3- oder 4-Schicht)

- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
