Voor een sterk groeiend en internationaal productiebedrijf zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een gietoperator met relevante ervaring.

Heb jij technisch inzicht, werk je nauwkeurig en ben je bereid om in ploegen te werken? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou!

Wat houdt de job in?

Als gietoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gieten en bekleden van rollen in polyurethaan. Je zorgt ervoor dat de machines correct ingesteld zijn en de productie volgens de voorgeschreven procedures verloopt.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je staat in voor het gieten en bekleden van rollen in polyurethaan
  • Je stelt machines in volgens de specificaties op de werkorders
  • Je stelt de parameters van de machines in volgens bepaalde formules en methodes
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en werkt nauwkeurig volgens de voorgeschreven procedures
  • Je helpt mee bij magazijnwerk
  • Je kan ingezet worden bij automatische sablage
  • Je helpt bij het laden en lossen van autoclaven
  • Het demonteren en monteren van onderdelen kan eveneens tot je takenpakket behoren
  • Je werkt mee aan een vlot en veilig productieproces

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt ervaring als operator, bij voorkeur met een technische achtergrond of opleiding
  • Ervaring binnen de chemische sector is een extra troef
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt respect voor procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Je hebt ervaring met, of bent bereid om te leren werken rond het demonteren en monteren van onderdelen
  • Je bent polyvalent en leergierig
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt graag hands-on
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands; basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je bent bereid om in ploegen te werken
  • Je bent specifiek bereid om regelmatig in de late ploeg te werken
  • Je hebt ook de mogelijkheid om te kiezen voor een vaste late ploeg, indien dit beter bij jou past
  • Minimum 1 jaar ervaring als operator
  • Technische voorkennis of scholing is een sterke troef
  • Ervaring in de chemische sector? Dat is helemaal top!
  • Precisie en respect voor procedures - veiligheid staat voorop
  • Bereid tot demonteren van onderdelen
  • Polyvalent en leergierig - elke dag leer je bij
  • Goede kennis Nederlands, basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt
  • Secundair onderwijs afgerond
  • Geen rijbewijs nodig - handig toch?
