Technisch aangelegd, graag nauwkeurig werken en interesse in productieprocessen waar kwaliteit écht belangrijk is?

Voor een internationale productieomgeving zoeken we een gietoperator met technische feeling en zin om bij te leren.

Geen repetitief knopjesduwen dus. Wel een technische operatorfunctie waar machines instellen, precisiewerk en verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.

Functieomschrijving

Als gietoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gieten en bekleden van rollen in polyurethaan.

Je stelt machines correct in volgens de werkorders en zorgt ervoor dat parameters nauwkeurig aangepast worden volgens vaste methodes en formules.

Een typische werkdag?

Je bereidt producties voor, stelt installaties correct af en volgt het gietproces nauwkeurig op. Daarnaast controleer je de kwaliteit van het werk en grijp je in waar nodig.

Ook andere taken binnen productie en logistiek kunnen deel uitmaken van jouw werkdag, zoals automatische sablage, magazijnwerk, laden en lossen of werken met autoclaven.

Je werkt in een omgeving waar precisie belangrijk is en waar procedures gevolgd moeten worden. Half werk is hier geen optie.

Vereisten

  • Ervaring als operator
  • Technische voorkennis of technische opleiding
  • Ervaring in chemische sector is een plus
  • Nauwkeurig kunnen werken en procedures respecteren
  • Bereid om onderdelen te demonteren waar nodig
  • Polyvalent en leergierig ingesteld
  • Goede kennis Nederlands
  • Basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt
  • Praktische ingesteldheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
