Ben jij een hands-on operator met technisch inzicht? Werk je graag met machines én steek je met plezier de handen uit de mouwen? Dan hebben wij een uitdagende functie voor jou!

Jouw functie

Als Gietoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gieten en bekleden van industriële rollen met polyurethaan. Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces vlot verloopt en dat de producten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw taken:

  • Gieten en bekleden van rollen in polyurethaan.
  • Instellen en bedienen van machines volgens de werkorders.
  • Correct instellen en opvolgen van productieparameters.
  • Laden en lossen van de automatische sablage-installatie.
  • Uitvoeren van diverse magazijnwerkzaamheden.
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte producten.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een efficiënt productieproces te garanderen.

PROFIEL - Je hebt ervaring als operator binnen een productieomgeving. - Je beschikt over technische kennis of een technische achtergrond. - Je bent polyvalent en schrikt niet terug voor afwisselende taken. - Je bent leergierig en staat open om nieuwe processen aan te leren. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit. - Je bent een echte teamspeler, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
