Je bent duidelijk op een vriendelijke manier waardoor patiënten en collega's weten waar ze aan toe zijn, óók op de moeilijke momenten. Je bent oplossingsgericht en denkt in mogelijkheden. Kortom, jij geeft patiënten de beste zorg door een sterk team te vormen met je collega's. Ook ben jij: - Een gediplomeerd gipsverbandmeester. - Beschikbaar voor minimaal 24 tot 32 uur per week. - Oplossingsgericht en je denkt in mogelijkheden. - Stressbestendig. Dit ga je doen Je gaat zelfstandig aan de slag met patiënten (zowel klinisch als poliklinisch) met aandoeningen aan het steun - en bewegingsapparaat met behulp van (im-)mobiliserende, corrigerende en ondersteunende applicaties. Dit doe je soms stimulerend, soms luisterend, maar altijd scherp en vakkundig. Jij zorgt voor: - Zorg op topniveau. Je bent, samen met jouw collega's van de gipskamer, verantwoordelijk voor het aanleggen, controleren en verwijderen van ondersteunende voorzieningen bij patiënten met aandoeningen aan het steun- en bewegingsapparaat. Dit gebeurt door analyse van verwijzingen van de behandelend arts, interpretatie van beeldvorming en gegevens van patiënten. - Juiste voorlichting aan jouw patiënten. Je vertelt wat zij kunnen verwachten tijdens hun behandeling en je geeft informatie en advies over het vervolgtraject. - Optimale samenwerking.
