Heb jij al enkele jaren ervaring in boekhouding en ben je klaar om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen? Werk je graag zelfstandig aan je eigen dossiers, maar vind je het minstens even belangrijk om samen te werken en van elkaar bij te leren?

Voor ons finance team in Oudenburg zoeken we een GL Accountant (General Ledger Accountant) die graag meedenkt, initiatief neemt en verder wil groeien in zijn of haar vak.

Wat ga je doen?

Als GL Accountant bij Groep Verhelst beheer je de algemene boekhouding van één of meerdere vennootschappen binnen onze bouwgroep. Je krijgt veel autonomie over je dossiers, maar staat er zeker niet alleen voor.

  • Je beheert de algemene boekhouding van jouw toegewezen vennootschappen.
  • Je bereidt de maand- en jaarafsluitingen voor en zorgt dat alles correct en tijdig verwerkt wordt.
  • Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding van btw-aangiftes, vennootschapsbelasting en jaarrekeningen.
  • Je volgt balansrekeningen, provisies, afschrijvingen en intercompany-verrichtingen op.
  • Je analyseert cijfers, merkt afwijkingen op en zoekt mee naar oplossingen.
  • Je denkt proactief na over hoe we onze boekhoudkundige processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen aanpakken.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkaardige financiële opleiding. Een graduaat met relevante ervaring kan zeker ook.
  • Je hebt idealiter 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een boekhoudkantoor of een gelijkaardige boekhoudkundige functie. Ben je een sterke starter? Dan leren we je ook graag kennen.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van btw, vennootschapsbelasting en de Belgische boekhouding.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt vooruit en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je kunt omgaan met deadlines en houdt ook tijdens drukkere periodes het hoofd koel.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.

Je bent positief ingesteld, houdt van een directe aanpak en kunt ook wel tegen een grapje. Want naast hard werken mag er bij ons zeker gelachen worden!
