- 020-2402554 - [email protected] GL Accountant | Regio Amersfoort | Interim Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Interim GL Accountant die op korte termijn ondersteuning kan bieden binnen het Finance team. De opdracht richt zich op het waarborgen van een juiste en volledige financiele administratie, het ondersteunen bij de financiele afsluitingen en het verder verbeteren en standaardiseren van accountingprocessen binnen Nederland en Belgie. De rol Als Interim GL Accountant ligt jouw focus op het grootboek, balansreconciliaties en de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen . Je zorgt ervoor dat financiele posities correct zijn verwerkt, aansluitingen kloppen en eventuele afwijkingen tijdig worden gesignaleerd en uitgezocht. Je stelt balansreconciliaties en -specificaties op en beoordeelt deze, bereidt journaalposten voor en controleert boekingen binnen het grootboek. Daarnaast voer je financiele analyses en aansluitingen uit op onder andere btw, sociale lasten en overige balans- en resultaatrekeningen. Binnen het Finance team fungeer je als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor accountingvraagstukken en ondersteun je collega's waar nodig. Complexe of materiele onderwerpen stem je af met de Manager Finance Benelux. Naast de reguliere afsluitingswerkzaamheden richt de opdracht zich op het verder verbeteren en standaardiseren van financiele processen . Hierbij gaat het onder andere om het vastleggen van processen, het stroomlijnen van werkwijzen binnen Nederland en Belgieen het versterken van de interne beheersing. Ook ondersteun je bij interne en externe audits door de benodigde documentatie voor te bereiden, vragen vanuit auditors op te volgen en ervoor te zorgen dat openstaande punten tijdig worden afgehandeld. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Uitvoeren en ondersteunen van de maandafsluiting; - Opstellen en beoordelen van balansreconciliaties en balansspecificaties; - Voorbereiden en controleren van journaalposten...
