The posting

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Verwerken algemene boekingen, waaronder overlopende rekeningen, voorzieningen, intercompanytransacties en andere GL-postingen.
  • Analyseren balans- en resultatenrekeningen, signaleren afwijkingen en nemen initiatief om de kwaliteit van de financiële data te waarborgen.
  • Ondersteunen de voorbereiding van de maand- en jaarafsluiting volgens HGB en IFRS, inclusief reconciliaties, rapportering en balansdossiers.
  • Zijn het aanspreekpunt voor interne afdelingen en externe partners bij vragen over boekingen, reconciliaties en balansposten.
  • Werken nauw samen met onder meer Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Controlling, Group Accounting, Tax en Treasury, evenals met externe auditors.
  • Dragen actief bij aan de optimalisatie en automatisering van GL-processen en ondersteunen de verdere ontwikkeling van ERP-systemen en rapporteringstools.
  • Zorgen ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden verlopen volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving, interne procedures en compliance-richtlijnen.

Wie zoeken zij?

Must haves

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie, Handelswetenschappen of een gelijkaardige financiële richting.
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen General Ledger Accounting, bij voorkeur in een internationale omgeving.
  • Grondige kennis van boekhoudkundige principes, financiële rapportering en afsluitingsprocessen.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en rapporteringstools.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden, oog voor detail en een gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Nice to haves

  • Kennis van IFRS en/of HGB.
  • Ervaring met SAP Business ByDesign, Vena of vergelijkbare systemen.
  • Kennis van Duits, Nederlands of Frans.
  • Affiniteit met procesoptimalisatie, automatisering en digitalisering binnen Finance.
