Ben jij een ervaren GL Accountant die méér wil dan alleen boekingen verwerken?

Bij Mint Tandartsen kom je terecht in een snelgroeiende organisatie met verschillende entiteiten en een ambitieuze finance afdeling. Door onze verdere groei en overnames verandert onze financiële omgeving voortdurend. Daardoor krijg je als GL Accountant een gevarieerde rol met verantwoordelijkheid, impact en ruimte om mee te bouwen aan onze verdere professionalisering.

Wat ga je doen?

Als GL Accountant ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen ons Finance team. Je werkt voor verschillende entiteiten en hebt contact met collega's binnen Finance, praktijkverantwoordelijken, banken en externe partners.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • verzorgt de algemene boekhouding van verschillende entiteiten;
  • ondersteunt de maandelijkse afsluiting;
  • verwerkt en controleert financiële transacties;
  • volgt facturatie, betalingen en openstaande posten op;
  • bereidt betalingen voor;
  • verzorgt boekhoudkundige opvolging van payroll;
  • ondersteunt bij wettelijke financiële verplichtingen;
  • werkt mee aan rapportering en financiële analyses;
  • onderhoudt contacten met banken en externe auditors;
  • denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntere financiële processen.

Je krijgt daarbij voldoende autonomie om je dossiers zelfstandig te beheren en verbeteringen voor te stellen.

WIE BEN JIJ?

We zoeken een ervaren accountant die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich goed voelt in een omgeving die voortdurend in beweging is.

  • een bachelor in een financiële/economische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in boekhouding/GL Accounting;
  • een goede kennis van algemene boekhouding en maandafsluitingen;
  • een sterke kennis van Excel;
  • een analytische en nauwkeurige manier van werken;
  • een proactieve ingesteldheid en zin voor initiatief;
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.

Ervaring met NetSuite is een pluspunt, maar geen must.
