The posting

Voor een internationale speler binnen de productieomgeving, met roots in Zuid-Korea en een sterke aanwezigheid op de Europese markt, is Robert Half op zoek naar een hands on GL Accountant.

Onze klant is gelegen in Tessenderlo en vlot bereikbaar.

Ter versterking van het Finance-team zoeken we een nauwkeurige en hands-on accountant die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en mee wil bouwen aan een efficiënte boekhoudkundige werking.

In deze functie krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan de implementatie van SAP S/4HANA en nadien een brede rol op te nemen binnen de algemene boekhouding.

Jouw takenpakket

Tijdens de implementatie van SAP S/4HANA:

  • Je biedt extra ondersteuning aan het Finance-team tijdens de uitrol van de nieuwe SAP S/4HANA-omgeving.
  • Je ondersteunt de collega's van General Accounting en Accounts Payable bij diverse operationele en boekhoudkundige taken.
  • Je waakt mee over de continuïteit, nauwkeurigheid en efficiëntie van de financiële processen tijdens deze overgangsperiode.

Na de implementatiefase:

  • Samen met de Accounting Manager en de Controller sta je in voor de algemene boekhoudkundige activiteiten.
  • Je werkt mee aan de maand- en jaarafsluitingen van de Belgische entiteit en haar buitenlandse vestigingen.
  • Je ondersteunt de voorbereiding van de maandelijkse financiële rapportering.
  • Je helpt bij de voorbereiding van fiscale verplichtingen, waaronder btw-aangiftes, vennootschapsbelasting en andere wettelijke rapporteringen.
  • Je bereidt interne en externe audits mee voor door documentatie te verzamelen, reconciliaties uit te voeren en auditvragen te beantwoorden.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en draagt bij aan een efficiëntere werking van de boekhoudafdeling.
  • Je ondersteunt de Controller bij de analyse van de voorraad en de bijbehorende productiekosten.
  • Je werkt mee aan ad-hoc financiële projecten.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een gedreven maar nuchtere accountant die zich goed voelt in een gestructureerde, internationale werkomgeving.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een graduaat Accounting mits de nodige ervaring
  • Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels.
  • Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt. Kennis van SAP S/4HANA is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en kan vlot met financiële gegevens werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent hands-on, betrouwbaar en houdt ervan om zaken zelfstandig vast te pakken.
  • Je voelt je goed in een rustige, professionele omgeving met duidelijke structuren en verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je bent op zoek naar een functie waarin je je op lange termijn kan verdiepen in de boekhouding.
