The posting

Voor een stabiele en groeiende onderneming actief binnen de dienstverlenende sector in de regio Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren GL Accountant met een brede financiële expertise en sterke people management skills.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als GL Accountant:

Boekhouding & rapportering

  • Coördineren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Opvolgen en verwerken van provisies en afsluitboekingen
  • Analyseren van balans- en resultatenrekeningen
  • Voorbereiden en coördineren van jaarrekeningen en auditdossiers
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor externe auditors en andere stakeholders
  • Mee bewaken en verbeteren van interne controleprocessen
  • Ondersteunen bij budgetopmaak en financiële forecasting

Fiscaliteit & compliance

  • Opvolgen van btw-aangiftes en fiscale verplichtingen
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van fiscale provisies
  • Coördineren van vennootschapsbelastingaangiftes
  • Begeleiden van fiscale controles en contacten met overheidsinstanties

Treasury

  • Opvolgen van cashflow en thesaurie
  • Beheer van bankrelaties, mandaten en betalingsplatformen

Teamlead & coaching

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een accountingteam
  • Structureren van prioriteiten, processen en deadlines
  • Coachen en stimuleren van verdere professionele ontwikkeling binnen het team

Systemen & optimalisatie

  • Fungeren als key user voor ERP- en financiële systemen
  • Actief meewerken aan digitalisatie- en optimalisatieprojecten
  • Verbeteren van rapportering en processen via tools zoals Excel, Power Query en SharePoint
  • Deelname aan bredere finance- en groeiprojecten

Jouw profiel als GL Accountant:

  • Masterdiploma in Accountancy, Fiscaliteit of een economische richting
  • Minstens 8 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting of finance
  • Grondige kennis van Belgische btw- en vennootschapsfiscaliteit
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een nauwkeurige werkstijl
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en digitale finance-omgevingen
  • People manager met een coachende en hands-on aanpak
  • Communicatief sterk en vlot in samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt
